About Our Primary Care
Initial Visit
This includes a 45 minute visit with a fully history with provider. We can treat any ailments that you may be experiencing. We can also order any tests & labs during this visit.
* labs & testing are additional cost
Follow-Up Visit
After you have established any following visit is $75. This includes sick visits, annual check ups, and any other issues that you may encounter.
Telehealth
We offer quick & easy telehealth visits 7 days a week!
